Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation. Good To Have Skills: Experience with process mapping and optimization. Strong understanding of application lifecycle management. Experience in integrating applications with third-party services. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Appian Process Automation. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
