Must have skills : SAP Quality Management (QM) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM). Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Experience in leading and managing application development projects. Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP Quality Management (QM) modules. Knowledge of integration points between SAP Quality Management (QM) and other SAP modules. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC. Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and SAP Activate methodology. Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
