Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : NA Must have skills : Data Engineering Good to have skills : Python (Programming Language), Snowflake Data Warehouse Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Must have minimum 15 years of full time education Summary :As a Data Engineering Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and data warehouses. Your typical day will involve working with Python and Snowflake Data Warehouse, performing data analysis and munging to extract insights and patterns from large data sets. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses using Python and Snowflake Data Warehouse. Manage and optimize the Snowflake data warehouse, including schema design, performance tuning, and resource utilization. Implement and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake features like Snowpipe and tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design data models that meet business needs. Conduct detailed analysis of complex data sets, employing statistical methodologies and data munging techniques for actionable insights. Lead the development and deployment of data engineering solutions, ensuring data quality and integrity. Utilize Python for data processing, scripting, and automation tasks. Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity.Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Data Engineering. Good To Have Skills:Proficiency in Python (Programming Language) and Snowflake Data Warehouse. Experience with data modeling and database design. Experience with ETL tools and techniques. Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.Additional Information: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Proven experience in data engineering with a focus on Snowflake and Python. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
