Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and are delivered on schedule. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Node.js.- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with back-end frameworks and databases.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.- Ability to work with version control systems like Git. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A BE/MCA is required. Qualification BE/MCAAny Cloud Architect Certifications is an added advantage.
