Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development Good to have skills : NAMinimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, facilitating discussions to gather requirements, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that meet user needs. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Mentor junior professionals and support their development within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development.- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.- Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.- Familiarity with Agile development practices and project management tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development.- This position is based in Mumbai.- A 15 years full time education is required.
