Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the application development team effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience in leading application development projects. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical. This position is based at our Pune office.
