Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Salesforce Technical Architecture Good to have skills : Salesforce Lightning Web Components, nCino Bank Operating System Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary:Tech arch role need to provide Enterprise level Architectural guidance to build salesforce applications to interact with other integrated systems providing secure integrations along with high scalability and performance along with 15+ years of relavent experience.Roles & Responsibilities: Design and architect Salesforce solutions, guiding delivery from concept to completion. Drive innovation by recommending platform solutions and managing technical challenges. Providing business solutions that may require Apex Language, Classes and Workflow, Triggers/Controllers or Visual Force Pages Identify, escalate, and monitor technical issues to resolution Mentor junior members to be able to keep project on time Quality Assurance review of work done by the team Present architecture options and recommendations - including configuration vs customization Evaluating new features and supporting the development of new business functions Support sales in crafting architectural visions for new projects. Guide on DevOps planning, strategy, CI/CD processes Mandatory requirements :Deep technical skillGood experience and expertise in large and complex SI programStrong client facing / presentation skillsGot good blend of solutioning skillsProfessional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, nCino Bank Operating System.- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.- Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.- Solid grasp of data modeling and database concepts in Salesforce.- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce security and access controls. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
