Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Cloud Good to have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and performance, while mentoring junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.- Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting application issues.- Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
