Application Developer

As an Application Developer with expertise in Kinaxis, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that meet the business processes and requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications deliver operational efficiency and excellent user experiences. Leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to contribute to key decisions while guiding and mentoring the team are essential for success in this position. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Kinaxis, you will lead, collaborate with, and manage the development team. Making informed decisions that impact both the immediate team and multiple teams across the organization will be part of your responsibilities. You will provide solutions to complex problems, drive knowledge sharing and mentoring initiatives, and continuously evaluate and enhance application development processes for efficiency and effectiveness. In terms of professional and technical skills, proficiency in Kinaxis with a minimum of 7.5 years of relevant experience is a must. A strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices, experience in integrating applications and managing data, solid troubleshooting skills for application-related issues, and knowledge of UI/UX design principles and optimization techniques are also required. Knowledge of Network Analysis (NA) is considered a plus. This role requires candidates to have 15 years of full-time education. Adaptability to work in a collaborative environment and the ability to adjust to changing business needs are crucial for success in this role.,
