You will play a crucial role in developing efficient and effective solutions for various business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior professionals- Conduct regular knowledge sharing sessions within the team- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation- Strong understanding of process modeling and design in Appian- Experience in developing complex business process models- Knowledge of Appian architecture and best practices- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Appian solutions- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Appian SAIL interface Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Appian Process Automation- This position is based at our Chennai office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
