Your day will involve creating innovative solutions to address complex business challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing best practices for SAP ABAP Development for HANA- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical challenges Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development for HANA- Experience in designing and implementing complex SAP ABAP solutions- Knowledge of SAP HANA database concepts and integration with ABAP- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP programs Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years of mandatory education is required Qualification 15 years of mandatory education
