Summary:As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, developing and implementing customizations, and providing technical support to end-users.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement customizations and configurations for Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on business requirements.

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including working with business analysts, project managers, and other developers.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, including customization and configuration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with related technologies such as .NET, SQL Server, and Azure.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Experience with web services, REST APIs, and integration with other systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
