Summary:As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to enhance functionality and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.- Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies. Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework.- Good To Have

Experience with Enterprise Architecture Strategy, Application Architecture Implementation & Test, Architectural Design.- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and frameworks.- Experience with integration of various software applications and systems.- Proficient in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
