Project Role :Application Developer

Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Must have skills :Ab Initio

Good to have skills :UNIX Shell Scripting, Hadoop Administration, PySpark

Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Ab Initio. Your typical day will involve working with UNIX Shell Scripting, PySpark, and Hadoop Administration to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Ab Initio.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.

Perform unit testing and support system and integration testing, ensuring that all solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Ab Initio.

Good To Have Skills:UNIX Shell Scripting, PySpark, and Hadoop Administration.

Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing principles.

Experience with SQL and database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Ab Initio.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
