A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications to enhance performance and user experience, while staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Mentor junior professionals to develop their skills and ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.- Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and user experience design principles.- At least One end to end Implementation Experience Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
