Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : SAP for Retail Good to have skills : NAMinimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies.- At least One end to end Implementation Experience Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.- Strong understanding of application development life cycle and methodologies.- Experience with integration of SAP solutions with other business applications.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP for Retail.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
