Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, analyzing requirements, and developing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior team members- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks- Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium WebDriver Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Automated Testing- This position is based at our Pune office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
