Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their needs, develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency, and ensure applications align with business objectives. Your role will involve problem-solving, providing insights, and recommending improvements to application performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Utilize influencing and advisory skills to guide team and project decisions.
• Take responsibility for decisions within the team and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to complex problems impacting multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and stakeholder feedback.
• Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Based at Kolkata office.
• Requires 15 years of full-time education.
