A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs, ensuring they align with business objectives while also considering user experience and technical feasibility. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest trends in application design and development, contributing to innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5.- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP and non-SAP systems. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based in Hyderabad.- A 15 years full time education is required.
