Your extensive experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Appian BPM makes you an ideal candidate for this position. Your strong technical skills in Java/J2EE, web services, and cloud technologies, along with excellent communication and analytical abilities, are essential for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based applications. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop SAIL interfaces, process models, rules, constants, and other Appian components. - Integrate Appian applications with other systems using web services and APIs. - Create and manage custom data types, data stores, and records. - Ensure adherence to Appian best practices in process modeling and application development. - Prepare design documents and technical specifications. - Implement and manage application deployment across various environments (TEST, PRE-PROD, PROD). - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. **Qualification Required:** - Proficient in Appian BPM, including SAIL forms, dashboards, and reports. - Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices. - Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST) and integration tools like Apigee. - Knowledge of database management systems, particularly SQL. - Experience with development tools such as Eclipse, NetBeans, IntelliJ, and PL/SQL. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You are also preferred to have experience in the financial services or banking industry, knowledge of additional frameworks like Struts, Hibernate, and AngularJS, experience with reporting tools like iReport Designer and Eclipse Birt, and familiarity with DevOps tools like Maven, Gradle, and Log4J.,
