Job Description: As an Apparel Pattern Maker at House ofGT, a Bengaluru-based early-stage fashion startup, you will play a crucial role in creating precise patterns, conducting fittings, designing patterns, sewing prototypes, and utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with the designer to translate concepts into patterns, adjusting patterns based on feedback, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of final patterns. Join us in the pre-launch phase to build a signature aesthetic and tech-pack pipeline, aiming to bring fresh, contemporary styles to modern wardrobes. Key Responsibilities: - Create precise patterns for garments - Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments - Design patterns and sew prototypes - Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software effectively - Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into patterns - Adjust patterns based on feedback - Ensure the accuracy and quality of final patterns Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Pattern Design and Pattern Making - Strong Fitting and Sewing skills - Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to work collaboratively with designers and production teams - Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus - Relevant certification or degree in fashion design, garment technology, or related field,
