As a Solution Architect ERP, you will be responsible for leading and designing end-to-end ERP solutions for enterprise clients. With over 10 years of experience in ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor, you will play a key role in system integration, business process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. Your main responsibilities will include translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to define solution architecture, selecting appropriate ERP modules, and ensuring solutions align with enterprise IT standards. You will drive data migration, system integration, and process automation strategies while identifying and mitigating risks during ERP implementation. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Your extensive experience in ERP solution design and implementation, along with solid knowledge of system integration, data modeling, and API-based architecture, will be crucial. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams, are essential. Preferred qualifications include ERP certifications, familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices, experience in multi-country, multi-entity ERP rollouts, and exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. Any experience with cloud-based ERP solutions like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, or Dynamics 365 will be considered a plus.
