Base Salary 20,000 Salary after 3 months 25,000 Key Responsibilities 1. ERP & Tally Data Entry Voucher Management: Execute daily data entry for Purchase, Sales, and Journal vouchers in Tally and the company ERP . Financial Entries: Accurately process Payment and Receipt entries, ensuring all supporting documents are attached and verified. Synchronization: Ensure that inventory values in Tally match the data in the company ERP system. 2. Inventory & Stock Management Real-Time Accuracy: Maintain strict control over stock levels. You are responsible for ensuring that Physical Stock matches System Stock at any given moment. Reconciliation: Conduct daily spot checks and weekly/monthly physical stock audits to identify and rectify discrepancies immediately. Stock Organization: Organize the warehouse/store for easy identification and retrieval of items, ensuring safety and cleanliness. 3. Production Support (BOM & Recipes) Batch Issuance: Issue raw materials to the production floor strictly according to the Bill of Materials (BOM) and set recipes in the system. Batch Tracking: Ensure materials are issued in specific batches (FIFO/FEFO) to maintain quality control and traceability. Production Recording: Record consumption entries in the system immediately upon issuance to keep stock levels live. 4. Inbound & Outbound Logistics (GRN & GPN) Goods Received Note (GRN): Physically verify incoming material against Purchase Orders and Invoices. Generate GRNs in the system only after confirming quantity and quality. Goods Production/Pass Note (GPN): Manage the movement of goods. Generate Gate Passes or Goods Production Notes for materials leaving the store for production or dispatch. Documentation: Maintain organized physical files of all GRNs, Issue Slips, and Stock Transfer notes for audit purposes. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Warehouse Management. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Storekeeping or Inventory Accounting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP 9 is mandatory. Experience working with custom Company ERP software. Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for stock reporting. Key Competencies: Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) and Batch-wise manufacturing processes. High attention to detail (zero tolerance for data entry errors).
