The Role As a Sales Executive, you’ll engage inbound leads generated through digital marketing and referrals. You’ll connect, assess their needs, present our solutions, and confidently convert them into clients. A seamless handover ensures each client’s journey continues smoothly with our expert Nutritionist Team. Key Responsibilities · Call and counsel inbound leads from marketing channels. · Build rapport, understand prospects’ health goals and motivations. · Recommend suitable program options (1, 3, 6 months), explain benefits, outline pricing. · Close sales and ensure a smooth transition to nutritionist services. · Maintain CRM records and meet/exceed sales targets. · Regular follow-ups and funnel management. Requirements · More than 2 years’ experience in sales (inside sales, telesales, or customer conversion). · Relevant educational background in sales, marketing, business, or related fields. · Experience in wellness, healthcare, education, or service-based roles (preferred). · Excellent interpersonal, listening, and persuasion skills. · Proficiency with CRM, WhatsApp, and lead tracking tools. · Ability to build trust and communicate with empathy. · Willingness to work from the office, 6 days a week.
