This role demands strong experience in managing modern trade chains, negotiating JBPs, and ensuring product visibility across organized and semi-organized retail formats. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end account relationships with national and regional MT chains (e.g., Reliance, Spencer’s, Metro) and semi-modern outlets (e.g., Modern Bazaar). Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through efficient assortment of planning, promotions, and partner management. Lead the process of listing new SKUs, negotiating margins, planning visibility drives, and activating trade programs. Ensure stock availability and timely replenishment by coordinating with supply chain partners and retail buyer teams. Plan and execute in-store marketing and sampling activities to drive product trials and offtake. Analyze sell-out data, category trends, and competition, and use insights to optimize strategy. Maintain high levels of account hygiene POs, payments, deductions, fill rates, and returns Requirements: 3 years+ of experience managing MT and semi-MT accounts in the FMCG or packaged foods space. Based in Delhi NCR, with strong relationships across key retail chains in the region. Demonstrated ability to build and grow modern trade partnerships and deliver on revenue targets. Reports to: Director Role Overview : Anugrah is seeking a driven and commercially astute Business Head to lead our premium channel portfolio across Modern Trade, Semi-Modern Trade, eCommerce, and Quick Commerce. This is a critical leadership role that combines strategy, execution, and relationship management to scale our footprint across urban retail and digital grocery platforms. Key Responsibilities: Channel Strategy & Ownership • Develop and own the sales strategy, revenue targets, and P&L for: o Modern Trade (MT) – national and regional chains o Semi-Modern Trade (SMT) – niche urban retail outlets o eCommerce – Amazon, BigBasket, Flipkart o Quick Commerce (Q-Com) – Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart • Define differentiated GTM plans, assortment, and pricing strategies for each channel. Key Account & Relationship Management • Lead negotiations for listings, JBPs, margins, and promotional calendars with key retail and platform partners. • Foster strong working relationships with buyers, category managers, and retail ops heads. Team Leadership • Build and manage a cross-functional team of Key Account Managers, Executives, and Platform Specialists. • Set up review frameworks, KPIs, and incentive structures to drive performance. Execution Excellence • Oversee retail execution, visibility planning, and digital merchandising. • Optimize stock planning, platform SLAs, and operational coordination across all premium channels. • Ensure seamless collaboration with marketing, SCM, and finance for smooth account servicing. Growth & Market Development • Identify channel expansion opportunities across new cities, platforms, and premium retail formats. • Stay on top of channel trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to recommend new initiatives. Requirements : • 6 to 8 years in channel sales roles across FMCG with regional or national exposure and at least 4 to 6 years of experience in premium channels. • Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR retail landscape and existing relationships with major platforms and chains. • Proven track record of growing business across modern and digital retail ecosystems. • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. • Comfortable in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment with a challenger brand mindset. You will be responsible for driving listing, visibility, promotions, conversions, and fulfillment across marketplaces and quick commerce apps Key Responsibilities: · Manage key accounts across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, BigBasket, Flipkart) and Q-commerce players (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.). · Ensure timely listing and onboarding of products with accurate content, pricing, and images. · Drive growth through platform marketing campaigns, sponsored ads, and promo slots. Track and improve organic rankings, conversions, and category share across digital shelves. · Coordinate with internal teams for inventory forecasting, order fulfillment, and packaging readiness. · Monitor daily dashboard metrics—sales velocity, out-of-stock %, fill rate, return rate. Run monthly and quarterly performance reviews with platform category teams. · Stay on top of trends in online grocery, new algorithm changes, and emerging Q-commerce models.
