As an Ansys Minerva Implementation Specialist at Birlasoft, you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation and integration of Ansys Minerva within our customers" IT environments. With a consultative approach and more than 12 years of experience, you will customize the platform to meet unique business needs, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with business processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementation and Integration: Leading the integration of Ansys Minerva within customers" current IT infrastructure - Customization: Developing custom workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet specific business requirements - Support and Maintenance: Providing ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure optimal performance - AppDefinition Configurations: Configuring AppDefinition for AppLauncher with local applications for streamlined operations - Legacy HPC Cluster Integration: Facilitating integration with customers" legacy high-performance computing clusters - Minerva-Windchill Connector Configurations: Setting up and maintaining Minerva-Windchill connector configurations for efficient data management - Azure Storage Archive Solutions: Developing storage archive solutions to reduce expenses - Data Migration: Overseeing migration of simulation data to ensure integrity and accessibility - Software Upgrades: Managing the upgrade process with minimal disruption - User Support and Training: Providing user support and training sessions for enhanced proficiency and satisfaction To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, proven experience with Ansys Minerva integration, strong IT infrastructure and HPC environment background, experience with Azure storage solutions and data migration, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Relevant professional certifications are a plus. Preferred skills include experience with Windchill and similar PLM systems, knowledge of AppLauncher configurations and local application integration, and prior experience in software upgrade management.
