About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, problem-solving Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build robust, scalable web applications. You will work across the entire stack, designing and building user-facing features using the latest versions of Angular on the frontend, backed by high-performance Node.js services and MongoDB on the backend.
You will partner closely with product stakeholders and QA to deliver polished, reliable, production-grade applications. We highly value developers who take initiative, communicate clearly, and enforce uncompromising development and testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Application Development: Design, build, and maintain highly responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using the latest versions of Angular.
Back-End Engineering: Build and maintain scalable Node.js back-end services and RESTful APIs that power our web applications.
Database Integration: Architect robust data models and seamless API integrations connecting the front-end to DB ( NoSQL/SQL databases), ensuring highly performant data-fetching patterns.
Quality & Process Ownership: Champion a rigorous development process. Write clean, maintainable code, conduct thorough unit testing, and work closely with QA to ensure new features are thoroughly tested and bug-free before release.
Collaboration & Communication: Partner with engineering leadership and product teams to translate business requirements into technical designs. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions, communicating complex concepts clearly.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Stay current with the latest Angular, Node.js, and broader JavaScript ecosystem developments.
7+ years of professional software engineering experience as a full-stack developer.
Hands-on experience building complex front-end applications with Angular, including exposure to and practical experience with the latest versions of the framework.
Strong backend engineering skills, including experience building robust microservices and APIs with Node.js and TypeScript.
Experience with TypeScript, RxJS, or state management libraries (e.g., NgRx) within the Angular ecosystem.
Experience designing schemas and managing data with DB or other modern databases.
