The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java/Kotlin , a strong understanding of the Android SDK , and experience working with Vimeo Player . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Android applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities: Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Java/Kotlin . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Integrate and work with RESTful APIs and external data sources. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance . Ensure code quality, organization, and automation . Maintain and enhance existing applications while implementing best practices. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Stay updated with emerging technologies to maximize development efficiency. Publish and manage applications on the Google Play Store. Work with Vimeo Player for seamless video integration. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience as an Android Developer with at least 3+ years of experience. Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin . Strong knowledge of the Android SDK , different Android versions , and screen size adaptability. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications with back-end services. Experience with third-party libraries, Firebase, and APIs . In-depth understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle . Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git .
