Job Overview
SANeForce is looking for a skilled Android Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and enhancing Android applications.The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in
Java, Kotlin, XML, PHP, and SQL Server
, along with a good understanding of Android application development, REST API integration, database management, and Firebase services.
The candidate will be responsible for developing reliable, responsive and user-friendly Android applications while collaborating with backend developers, QA engineers, and other technical stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Java, Kotlin, and XML.

Develop responsive and user-friendly application interfaces following Android UI/UX guidelines.

Work with core Android components, including Activities, Fragments, Services, and Broadcast Receivers.

Integrate REST APIs and PHP-based backend services with Android applications.

Develop, debug, and troubleshoot PHP-based APIs and backend integration issues.

Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries, joins, CRUD operations, and database transactions using SQL Server.

Work with JSON data and handle API requests and responses.

Implement local database storage using SQLite or Room and support offline data synchronization.

Integrate Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications and Firebase Crashlytics for crash monitoring.

Implement location-based features using Google Maps and Android Location APIs.

Develop camera-related functionalities and manage background processing.

Debug application issues, analyze crash reports, and optimize application performance.

Use Git for version control, branching, merging, and code management.

Manage application builds, testing, signing, and deployment through Google Play Console.

Maintain and enhance existing production applications based on business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions.
Mandatory Technical Skills

Java: Strong hands-on experience in Java-based Android application development.

Kotlin: Practical experience in Kotlin for Android development.

XML: Proficiency in designing and customizing Android UI layouts using XML.

PHP: Working experience in PHP development, API integration, debugging, and troubleshooting.
