Job Overview:

As a Senior Flutter Android Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for developing and

maintaining Android & iOS applications using the Flutter framework. You will work closely

with product managers, designers, and other developers to create cutting-edge mobile apps.

You should have strong experience in Flutter, Android & iOS development, and a passion for

creating high-performance, user-friendly and configurable mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Platform Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter

for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring a consistent and efficient user

experience across both ecosystems.

• Architectural Design: Architect and implement robust and scalable application

frameworks and features using Flutter, while adhering to best practices in cross-

platform development.

• Integration of Multi-Platform Solutions: Introduce and integrate multi-platform

solutions into the existing tech stack, enhancing the functionality and reach of mobile

applications.

• UI/UX Implementation: Design and implement engaging user interfaces using

Flutters comprehensive suite of widgets and tools, ensuring applications are intuitive

and aesthetically pleasing.

• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance for both iOS and

Android platforms for speed and efficiency across different devices and operating

systems, addressing any device-specific issues.

• Testing and Debugging: Test, troubleshoot, and debug applications to resolve issues,

enhance stability, and ensure that the applications meet quality standards.

• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other developers, UI/UX

designers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and to facilitate the

seamless integration of new features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Connecting Flutter apps with external services and APIs tailored for mobile platforms
• Handling Flutter app deployment to different stores and environments
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and Flutter updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent

work experience).

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 2+ years working

specifically with Flutter.

• Solid experience in Android development using Kotlin/Java.
• Strong understanding of Dart and Flutter SDK and its widgets, tools, and packages.
• Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs.
• Familiarity with modern mobile development tools (Android Studio, Xcode, etc.).
