Job Title:

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern mobile application architecture patterns. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Android mobile applications.
Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into functional mobile applications.
Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
Implement RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Identify and resolve application bottlenecks and bugs.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and backend developers.
Stay updated with Android development trends and emerging technologies.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in
Kotlin
and Android application development.
Hands-on experience with
Android SDK
, Android Studio, and Gradle.
Knowledge of
Jetpack Components
(ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation, Room, WorkManager).
Experience with
MVVM/MVI/Clean Architecture
.
Expertise in
REST APIs
and JSON parsing.
Experience with
Coroutines
, Flow, and asynchronous programming.
Strong understanding of Material Design principles.
Experience with
Git
and CI/CD processes.
Knowledge of unit testing and UI testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso).

Preferred Skills

Experience with
Jetpack Compose
.
Exposure to Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications).
Knowledge of Dependency Injection frameworks such as
Hilt/Dagger
.
Understanding of app security, encryption, and secure coding practices.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store.
