Analytics Architect (MicroStrategy)

Role Overview: As an Analytics Architect specializing in MicroStrategy, your primary responsibility will be to discover and address unmet needs in analytics and data solutions. You will drive consulting engagements to support pre-sales activities, lead growth opportunities through innovation, and implement strategies to enhance business value. Your focus will be on architecting high-performance, secure, self-service analytics solutions and coordinating their implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Discover and address unmet needs in analytics and data solutions - Drive consulting engagements to support pre-sales activities, including workshops, proposals, and partner collaboration - Lead growth opportunities through innovation and strategy implementation - Architect and design high-performance, secure, self-service analytics solutions - Coordinate implementation of modern analytics solutions, leveraging people, processes, and technology - Review and optimize analytics solutions and processes to accelerate business value - Create data-culture transformation roadmaps and modernization strategies - Develop implementation methodologies, templates, and processes for prioritized solutions - Systematically develop and maintain offerings and lead pilot implementations - Ensure defined methodologies and templates are enhanced and internalized effectively - Research and experiment to innovate solutions - Conduct current state assessments and gap analyses for improvement - Build reusable knowledge and expertise for sustained technical growth Qualification Required: - Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy architecture and components - Proficiency in creating schema and public objects (attributes, metrics, dashboards, etc.) using MicroStrategy Desktop and Web - Experience with MicroStrategy Transaction Services and ensuring robust user security - Skilled in multiple analytics platforms, including MicroStrategy (MSTR), with exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or SSRS - Thorough understanding of relational database platforms and experience in designing dimensional data models - Well-versed in the latest trends in analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization Please note that the job type is full-time, with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
