About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements 2. Write and maintain SQL queries and reports for data extraction and business analysis 3. Support the implementation and rollout of ERP systems for client organizations 4. Collaborate with the E-commerce team to enhance online sales performance and customer experience 5. Use MS Excel and Crystal Reports to organize, manipulate, and visualize data for reporting purposes 6. Apply data analytics tools to uncover trends and recommend actionable improvements 7. Communicate effectively with team members and clients in both written and verbal English 8. Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in roles such as Business Analyst Application Analyst or ERP experience 2. Have a background in ERP implementation or ERP support particularly within Manufacturing or Supply Chain 3. Demonstrate strong proficiency in Data Analytics 4. Bring experience with E-commerce platforms B2B or B2C 5. Show knowledge of Power Pivots Power BI and Crystal Reports 6. Be familiar with MSSQL 7. Hold a minimum bachelor's degree in BBA BCA BTech computer related or MBA MCA 8. Have MCom or BCom with computers and experience on Accounting Supply Chain or Manufacturing modules on any major mid-market ERP like SAPOne Global Shop Epicor Syspro Advantage Acumatica D365 or NetSuite 9.
