Analyst (Insurance Accounting)

You are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join the Finance Change team. The role will primarily support migration activities, process improvements, and system-related initiatives with Workday, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate reporting. Exposure to Insurance Accounting will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Upload insurance-related journals into the system on a monthly basis. - Support migration of opening balances into Workday for global entities. - Assist in developing reconciliation processes for improved reporting and controls. - Create process flow maps for transition from current to future state. - Provide analytical support for controls and custom validations in Workday. - Handle ad-hoc tasks as required. Qualifications & Skills: - University degree in Accounting/Finance. - 3-5 years of relevant work experience. - Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas). - Familiarity with ERP/finance systems (Workday preferred). - Good communication skills and strong analytical ability. - Knowledge of Insurance Accounting will be an added advantage.
