Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing routine support to the Research & Development department in terms of technical service like HPLC / GC and other technologies. Your role will include method development, method validation, and transfer to production units. Additionally, you will need to update your activities to your seniors or the Head of Department (HOD) and follow analytical best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities: - Providing routine support to the Research & Development department in terms of technical service like HPLC / GC and other technologies. - Updating your activities to your seniors or the HOD in case of any difficulties in your service. - Involving in method validation in HPLC / GC with guidance from your seniors. - Ensuring housekeeping and adherence to safety norms. - Following analytical best practices and SOPs, and updating seniors or the HOD to incorporate any necessary corrections. - Handling CMS/API Projects for method development, method verification, and transfer to production units. - Planning regular analytical activities aligned with project manager requirements. - Preparing technical reports such as method development, specifications, ROA, MOA, and Qualification of Impurity / Intermediate / Working standard report. - Managing Free Sample / commercial Sample dispatch activities related to AR&D coordinated with DQA and CRD. - Coordinating with vendors to maintain analytical instruments with minimum downtime. - Ensuring safety awareness and implementation. - Strictly adhering to Good Laboratory Practices and Laboratory Safety Norms. Qualifications Required: - Education: - Minimum: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Pharma - Preferred: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / M.Pharma - Experience: - Minimum: 2 years - Preferred: 6 years - Nature of Experience: Prior work experience in Analytical R&D Department of an API manufacturing company, knowledge of HPLC / GC. Experience on Agilent / Shimadzu is preferred.
