AML/KYC Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Analyst with expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Transaction Monitoring. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying suspicious activities, and safeguarding the organization against financial crimes.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct thorough KYC checks and customer due diligence to assess potential risks.

Monitor and analyze transactions to identify unusual or suspicious activities.

investigate and report suspicious transactions to relevant regulatory authorities.

Ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.

Maintain accurate documentation of customer profiles, risk assessments, and investigations.

Stay updated on changes in AML, KYC, and financial crime regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

3 to 9 years of experience in AML, KYC, and Transaction Monitoring roles.

Proficiency in using AML and KYC tools and software.

Professional certifications in AML or KYC (e.g., CAMS) are a plus.
