AM/DM/Mgr - Hospital Information System (HIS)

You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of HIS/ other business applications at Medanta. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing module training to the users - Providing User support (24x7) HRS - Escalating problems to internal implementation team and third parties as appropriate - Identifying and resolving HIS application issues - Generating Reports based on user requirements from front/back end - Writing User Manuals - Providing Data setup training for new modules - Carrying out data entry processes wherever needed - Managing and maintaining Master Data - Assisting Billing and front office users and/or internal team in enhancing the HIS usage - Executing and monitoring unused features of existing clinical modules - Identifying usability issues and resolving them - Providing Inputs to the user department for optimal use of various modules - Providing functional training to the peers as well as end-users - Conducting internal training for JCI audit preparation - Testing the product patches released by Vendor and tracking the issues till closure - Supporting the User Acceptance Testing for new features/functionalities added in HIS and related systems - Providing Go-live support post deployment of new features - Writing Test Cases/Scenarios - Assisting in documentation of project scope and artifacts - Conducting UAT of applications - Periodically reviewing and sharing users feedback with vendor You should have the following qualifications: - Knowledge of Oracle SQL (Mandatory) - Prior experience of supporting HIS / EMR applications preferably from Dedalus / iSoft - Candidates from Hospital Industry only need to apply,
