As a Resident Electrician & Plumber (MEP candidate) for our college located in K.G.Chavadi, Coimbatore, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the regular maintenance of electrical lines and equipment, as well as plumbing and mechanical systems within the college premises. You will be expected to conduct routine checks, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure the smooth functioning of all related systems. Additionally, you will be in charge of purchasing required materials and following up on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to guarantee the efficiency and longevity of the college's infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Department Heads, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and conducive environment for all occupants. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering and possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Your expertise in handling electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks will be crucial in meeting the demands of this job effectively. This is a full-time position that requires your physical presence on-site, and you will be working under the supervision of Karthikeyan Venkatraman.
