Role Overview We are seeking a Creative and Trend-Savvy Textile Designer to join our dynamic team. This full-time, on-site role requires a forward-thinking designer who excels at transforming global trends into beautiful and market-relevant textile designs. You’ll be working across embroidery, weaving, prints, and surface design while researching global trends and developing collections that cater to top-tier international markets. Key Responsibilities Develop original and trend-aligned designs for embroidery, prints (both digital and screen), jacquards, and woven textiles Research and interpret emerging textile and design trends from European and American home markets Create artwork and technical design files using software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw Collaborate with product development and merchandising teams to translate designs into physical samples Prepare print-ready files for screen printing and coordinate with printing/production teams Innovate with textures, colors, and materials while ensuring feasibility in production Maintain a library of references, mood boards, and seasonal inspiration boards Stay updated on global textile fairs, forecasting reports, and retail movements Who You Are Highly creative , detail-oriented, and trend-conscious A fast learner with deep understanding of textile structures, weaves, finishes, and surface techniques Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), CorelDraw, or similar design tools Strong knowledge of screen printing processes , repeats, color separations, and embroidery digitization A great communicator and collaborative team player Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced export environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Surface Design, Fashion/Textile Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in home or fashion textile design (export industry experience is a plus) A portfolio showcasing a strong command of textile prints, weaves, and embroidery work Ability to analyze and present trends with mood boards and design stories Why Join Us?
