Very pathetic service from llcal amazon warehouse station .. without cutomer confirmation they cancelled the product without call . Amazon also supporting such delivery partner.

I had booked a paper mache clock but was not delivered to me eve after the amazon agent contacted and assured me to deliver in the evening on Nov1, 2017. Very bad customer service. Till date I did not receive my item.

Very bad experience with Amazon and delivery system, not able to deliver in stipulated time, my parsel is laying in godown since last 3 days, even destination is only 02 km

I've ordered a shirt from Amazon .It is showing delivered to me but I've not got the consignment. Worst experience as they are doing fraud to customers. Already paid for the order by Amazon pay.

Very pathetic service, no number working. Product arrived at the delivery center 5 days ago and still not delivered on time. It’s shown on the app that the product is out for delivery but still no message …
