Seems Amazon customer care is dead or deaf . 3 of my orders they didn't sent and took money. Now seems Jeff also stared begging in Amazon or his employees. They take orders and money and escape from customer. How tk reach or where to reach them.?????

Amazon SHOULD NOT become the major provider in Indian market.... , one month now , AMAZON ( PRIME ) PRODUCT STILL NOT DELIVERED, delivery partner refused to give my ordered product. I paid extra 100 bucks for delivery . KEEP IT UP , YOU KEEP THE STANDARDS OF JEFF BEZOS I THINK.

Amazon should be ashamed to be associated with Amazon India. Even smaller companies have operations / logistics. As a stockholder and user over the years Amazon India had the worst customer service. Spend more time on your operations than your advertisements with empty promises.

Very very bad service nowadays. Better not to order anything in Amazon. Their delivery is very poor. In Bangalore itself took 3 days for delivery and nobody is taking seriously though they are starting with "what way I can help you ". In fact they are repeating what we are seeing in online. Don't trust this bloody organization.
