As an Assistant Manager for the Project Management Unit & MIS team in Varanasi, your role will involve leading the team to ensure effective project planning, monitoring, and reporting. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project performance monitoring systems, creating and maintaining MIS dashboards, monitoring project budgets, collaborating with DISCOM teams, and preparing regular project reports for stakeholders. Your strong background in project management, monitoring, and reporting, particularly in the DISCOM sector, will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Project Management Unit & MIS team to ensure effective project planning, monitoring, and reporting. - Develop and implement project performance monitoring systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze results. - Create and maintain MIS dashboards to provide real-time insights into project progress and performance. - Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency. - Collaborate with DISCOM teams to identify project opportunities and develop project plans. - Develop and implement cost control measures to minimize project costs and maximize returns. - Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, including project performance metrics and KPIs. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in project management, monitoring, and reporting, preferably in the DISCOM sector. - Strong background in project planning, budget monitoring, and cost control. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in MIS reporting tools and software, including data analysis and visualization.
