Role & responsibilities

Should be proficient in French and English speaking and writing with French being the primary language.
Experience in team management , should act as ticketing SME to assist team or intervene as needed
Handling a team of L2 Complex itinerary trained resources
Responsible to achieve the KPI/SLA of the process for the team
Ability to deliver through people
Experience and ability to supervise team and conduct administrative functions
Managing a team in past for min 2 to 3 years in Corp Travel & one more GDS experience
Able to speak & write fluent English
Confident to lead conference calls
Able to produce dashboards & reports in Excel & presentation formats
Good analytical and conflict management skills
