Seven Seas Hotel is a hospitality destination in Rohini, New Delhi, catering to weddings, social celebrations, corporate events, conferences, and other special occasions. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and maximize revenue across our hospitality and event offerings.

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager – Sales will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client accounts, converting sales inquiries into confirmed bookings, and achieving assigned revenue targets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills, along with a good understanding of hotel, banquet, and event sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, travel partners, and direct inquiries.
• Banquet & Event Sales: Handle inquiries and sales for weddings, receptions, corporate events, conferences, social gatherings, and other functions.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall hotel revenue growth.
• Client Meetings: Conduct property visits and presentations to showcase the hotel's banquet facilities, event spaces, and hospitality services.
• Coordination: Work closely with banquet operations, food and beverage, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, sales pipelines, client interactions, confirmed bookings, and revenue forecasts.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure professional communication, timely follow-ups, and a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in hotel sales, banquet sales, event sales, or hospitality business development.
• Prior experience in wedding and banquet sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, convert inquiries, and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR hospitality and corporate market.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools; CRM experience is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when required by business needs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
