Role & responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, interiors, and architectural sectors. Approach builders, contractors, architects, and consultants for aluminium fabrication projects. Client Management: Maintain strong client relationships, understand requirements, and provide suitable technical & commercial proposals. Estimation & Quotation: Coordinate with estimation/design teams for BOQs and quotations; negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals profitably. Project Coordination: Work closely with fabrication and site teams to ensure timely delivery and quality installation. Update clients on project progress and timelines. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and maintain CRM data. Provide market feedback and competitor analysis. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on aluminium systems, finishes, and glass/faade trends. Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions. Preferred candidate profile Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or Marketing (preferred). 1-3 years of Experience in sales of aluminium fabrication, glass, UPVC, or building materials . Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Ability to manage B2B client relationships and project sales independently .
