Location: Altius Hospital, HRBR Layout, Bangalore Target Zone: Companies in and around Manyata Tech Park Experience: 5+ years in healthcare, pharma, or corporate B2B marketing Role Objective Build and grow long-term corporate partnerships with companies (especially in Manyata Tech Park) to drive OPD/IPD referrals, annual health checkups, preventive packages, surgeries, and wellness tie-ups at Altius Hospital. Key Responsibilities Corporate Outreach & Tie-ups Identify key decision-makers (HR, admin, wellness heads) in companies at Manyata Pitch Altius services—annual checkups, gynecology, orthopedics, fertility, daycare surgeries etc Execute MoUs and design exclusive employee health programs B2B Relationship Management Nurture partnerships with regular on-site activations: free camps, wellness days, seminars Develop referral and loyalty programs for employees Lead Generation & Conversion Collaborate with digital marketing team to create company-specific WhatsApp/email funnels Ensure leads from companies are tracked and followed up by CRM Campaigns & Activations Plan monthly on-ground events at tech parks (BMI checks, ortho screening, PCOS clinics,super speciality clinics) Organize doctor talks, webinars, and free consult days targeting corporate employees Internal Coordination Work with departments (gynecology, ortho, cardiac,neuro etc) to align service offerings with corporate needs Ensure priority slots, discounts, and smooth onboarding for corporate clients Qualifications & Skills Strong corporate selling or B2B experience (preferably in hospitals, wellness, or diagnostics) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong local network in tech parks preferred Self-starter with a hustler attitude—able to get into companies and close partnerships What You’ll Get Competitive salary + incentives per partnership Work directly with hospital leadership Opportunity to create a flagship B2B vertical from scratch
