Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Licensing, Exchange Online, and related services. Good knowledge of Anti-Spam, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), and PowerShell scripting. Understanding of email archiving, Data Loss Protection (DLP), eDiscovery, Retention Policies, and Litigation Hold. Familiarity with Office 365 Admin Center and troubleshooting tools. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset. Willingness to relocate to Bangalore and work in shifts.
