We are looking for a responsible and organized Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will assist in managing teams, streamlining processes, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring service excellence. This role is crucial in maintaining productivity, discipline, and efficiency across the company, as well as supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts. Key Responsibilities Support the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and office activities. Supervise staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support when required. Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures. Manage schedules, task assignments, and assist in meeting departmental goals. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of work. Assist in the hiring process, including shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and participating in initial screenings. Help onboard new hires by coordinating training, documentation, and team introductions. Handle client follow-ups, documentation, and back-end support where needed. Maintain records, report, and prepare summaries for management. Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency. Step in for the Manager during their absence and manage team responsibilities. Ensure the office environment is professional, productive, and well-organized. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field. 3-6 years of experience in team coordination, administration, or supervisory roles. Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and basic management tools. Familiarity with recruitment processes is a plus. Preferred Qualities Experience in a finance or client service-oriented organization.
