Agivant is seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead Partnerships & Alliances to spearhead the growth of our ecosystem from the ground up. This hands-on role is crucial for an individual who is sharp, highly motivated, and capable of defining and implementing a scalable partnership strategy. As the Lead Partnerships & Alliances, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strategic technology and go-to-market partnerships that will drive revenue growth, enhance service offerings, and expand market reach. Your primary responsibilities will include defining, developing, and executing a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will identify, prioritize, and elevate key strategic technology and platform partners such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, ServiceNow, OpenAI, and more. Additionally, you will lead the creation of joint value propositions, co-branded solutions, and collaborative go-to-market plans with partners, collaborating with internal and external teams to execute marketing and sales initiatives effectively. Acting as the primary liaison for all partners, you will manage, deepen, and expand relationships with both new and existing partners to foster strong collaboration and mutual success. Driving pipeline development and partner-influenced revenue will be essential, along with facilitating training, certifications, and enablement activities for internal teams on partner technologies. Representing our company at partner events, industry forums, and conferences will also be part of your role, as well as supporting and driving co-marketing activities to enhance our brand presence. You will systematically build and grow a robust partner ecosystem that includes ISVs, cloud providers, system integrators, and emerging startups. This will involve identifying potential partners, leading due diligence, and negotiating strategic agreements. Establishing clear KPIs, governance models, and reporting mechanisms to measure partner success and ROI will be crucial, along with negotiating partnership agreements, MoUs, and incentive structures with our Legal and Finance teams. To qualify for this role, you should have 5+ years of proven experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem management within the IT services or tech consulting industry. A strong understanding of the enterprise technology landscape, particularly in cloud, AI/ML, automation, and data platforms, is required. Experience working with hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as SaaS vendors and other platform partners, is highly desirable. Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and C-level stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills are also necessary, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Having an MBA or equivalent advanced degree would be a plus for this role.,
