We are seeking a talented 3D Renderer/Visualization Specialist with strong rendering and graphic skills to support our architectural design team. The role focuses on creating high-quality visual content, including 3D renders, animations, and presentation graphics for client communication and design development. Key Responsibilities Produce photorealistic 3D renders , animations , flythroughs , and visualizations for architectural and interior design projects. Develop accurate 3D models from drawings, sketches, and Revit models. Create compelling presentation graphics , mood boards, and design visuals. Work closely with architects and designers to refine visual concepts and ensure alignment with design intent. Apply realistic lighting, materials, textures, and environmental effects to enhance render quality. Create outputs using Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion , and integrate with Revit workflows. Support the team with quick conceptual renders as well as detailed final presentations. Maintain an organized library of materials, assets, and templates. Requirements 4+ years of experience in 3D rendering, visualization, and graphic design , preferably in an architectural firm. Strong proficiency in Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and Revit . Additional skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, or 3ds Max/Blender are a plus. Solid understanding of architectural detailing, scale, composition, lighting, and materials. Ability to produce high-quality still renders and animations under deadlines. Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and creativity. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, Visualization, or related fields. Experience in post-production (Photoshop) to enhance final visuals. Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
